In the given first video you were mandated to watch, it covers the basics and general run-through
of Adobe After Effects. Now, after completing the video, you will have to complete a task to prove
your learning.
You do not need to submit the assignments. They are simply for practice.

Steps

Import your media into the media box

Drag two medias into the timeline

Shift command / control 'D' to cut each clip to the length you wish

Shift command / control 'C' to pre-compose

Click the layer and press 'P' on the keyboard

Right click or Use to fingers to click and separate dimensions

Press the stopwatch and keyframe at the beginning and end of each clip
-
Figure out the values for each side

Highlight keyframes > keyframe assistant > easy-ease

Create your graphs
-
Done
